Men with Benign Prostatic hyperplasia (enlargement of the prostate gland) often experience severe urinary problems. Until recently first line treatment has been medication and if that doesn’t work, surgery has been the next option to treat the problem.
However a new minimally invasive procedure is getting good results in clinical trials. It’s called Prostate Artery Embolisation.
